You must be logged in to the site to make any additions or subtractions to your subscribed items.

VIEW YOUR AVAILABLE AND UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTIONS
From the top banner, under the drop down for “Conversation”, click “My Subscriptions”.  This will bring you to a page that lists all items reserved for you, starting from the current week and going back to March 24th, 2010.  Items will be removed from this page as they are purchased, and new items will be added the Friday before they’re released.  (For example, if a book is coming out Wednesday, March 31st, it will appear on your “My Subscriptions” page Friday, March 26th.)

ADD A SERIES TO YOUR LIST
When you click the “+ADD” button beneath the title of a comic, it’ll send us a message to add that book to your Subscription List, as well as add it to your My Subscriptions page automatically.  Since the website and our ordering system are done through 2 separate programs, making the actual change to your list (and setting a copy of the issue aside if it’s already released) is not immediate.  Please allow up to 1 hour for the changes to be made.  As a default, if you add the NEWEST issue of a continuing comic series, we will pull that issue for you and automatically add subsequent issues going forward.  If you add an OLDER issue of a continuing comic series, we will only pull that single issue for you.  (For example, let’s say Booster Gold #30 is the newest issue of Booster Gold.  If you click “+ADD” for #30, we will pull you #30 as well as #31, #32, and so on.  If you click “+ADD” for #29, we will ONLY pull #29 for you, and will not add it to your list of subscribed titles.)

REMOVE A SERIES FROM YOUR LIST
If you have subscribed to a series, you can unsubscribe through either your “My Subscriptions” page or by calling up the item through the Library (Weekly Release List, Search, etc.).  Through “My Subscriptions”, simply click on the item you’d like to unsubscribe to, and when the item details load, click the button under the title marked “-REMOVE”.  That will remove the item from your “My Subscriptions” page, as well as send us a message to drop that title from your subscriptions.  Since the website and our ordering system are done through 2 separate programs, making the actual change to your list (and removing the item from your box should the item already have been released) is not immediate.  Please allow up to 1 hour for the changes to be made.  As a default, any item removed from your “My Subscriptions” page will see all subsequent items in that series removed. (For example, if you remove Booster Gold #30, will drop you from #31, #32, #33 and so on.)

ADD A GRAPHIC NOVEL
If it’s a graphic novel that’s already available, when you click the “+ADD” button beneath the title, it’ll send us a message to set that book aside for you, as well as add it to your My Subscriptions page automatically.  If it’s an upcoming graphic novel, it’ll send us a message to add that book to your Subscription List, as well as add it to your My Subscriptions page automatically.  Since the website and our ordering system are done through 2 separate programs, making the actual change to your list (and setting a copy of the book aside if it’s already released) is not immediate.  Please allow up to 1 hour for the changes to be made.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you need to make changes to your subscriptions outside of what’s been covered here (adding or subtracting titles that release more than a week in the future, getting a specific cover, removing only one issue of a series), feel free to either:

Email Dal through the site.  From your profile page, under the dropdown for Inbox, click Write.  Choose W. Dal Bush from the list on the right, assuming you’ve added Dal as a friend.  If you haven’t, do that first.

Or

DISCLAIMERS ON ITEM AVAILIBILTY
As the website is not tied to our real-time inventory, there is no guarantee that a requested item will be available for purchase.  In the event that an item is not available, we will email you through the site to advise you of such.  As with all other functions of the website, allow up to 1 hour for any changes to be made.

Any changes made to your subscriptions outside of normal store hours (Mon-Fri 11-7, Sat-Sun 11-5) may not be instituted until the start of the next day’s business.

FUTURE RELEASES
Product shipping two months in the future can be added to your subscriptions by browsing through "Future Releases", accessible by clicking beneath the Weekly Release Lists heading.  Similar to adding issues from the Next Week Preview or New This Week pages, just click on a title to bring up its details, then click the "+ADD" button to add it to your list.  UNLIKE your weekly books, Future Releases you add WILL NOT stay on your My Subscriptions page.  Once we add them to your subscriptions here at the store, we will remove the entry from your My Subscriptions page.  Future Releases for a given month will only be available for addition online for 4 weeks, after which they'll be removed from the website to make room for the next batch of Future Releases.

WEEKLY RELEASE LISTS

New This Week: Updated each Wednesday, up through the following Wednesday.  For example: New books are released Wednesday, July 22nd.  Those books will be up on the New This Week page from the 22nd through the morning of the 29th (the following Weds).

Previous Release List: Browse releases by date.  Older lists will be added soon.

Next Week Preview: Updated each Friday, listing books releasing the following Wednesday.

THE LIBRARY
Books are broken down by publisher, which includes comics and graphic novels.  However, if you want to view ONLY and ALL graphic novels, just click Graphic Novels.  In each category, you can choose to sort by release date, title, amount of reviews, rating, and more.

Advanced Search: A fun new feature.  Refine your search by choosing books by Grant Morrison, DC books by Grant Morrison, DC graphic novels by Grant Morrison, etc.  Also works on non-Morrison searches.  NOTE!  Search results are subject to items being tagged, which is an ongoing process.  Comics are 50% done, graphic novels are 90% done (as of July 31st).

Item listings: Under Detailed Info, you can click any of those entries to generate a list of all matching items.  Again, subject to items being tagged, which is an ongoing process.

User reviews: Post reviews!  Also, after you've posted, edit your reviews!  On a review posted by someone else, you can comment (Comments), see a list of all their reviews (View all my reviews) or vote a review as helpful or unhelpful.

CONVERSATION
Tons of stuff.  Clicking on "Get Connected" brings you to your home page, for lack of a better term.  This portion of the site is ONLY open to people how come in to the store and sign up.  Everyone is welcome to view content and post reviews, but to access the community section, you need to let us meet you in person.

HOME
Members: Click on any icon to view a profile, or bring up a full list of members by clicking View All Members.

Latest Videos: Watch videos from YouTube or other video hosting sites.

Recent activities: Similar to "Challengers At Large", but sortable by All or Me & Friends.

Sidebar: Your avatar, karma, status, links to messages and friend requests, My Friends (a list of all your friends on the site), My Groups (any Groups you've joined), My Photos (any photos you've uploaded), My Videos (any videos you've linked to), Latest Groups (the most recently created groups), New Photos (the most recently uploaded videos) and Who's Online.

PROFILE
Edit Profile: Edit Profile (currently not available, should be up in the next few days), Edit details (update password, set timezone), Change profile picture (upload a new avatar), Privacy (decide who on the site sees what, opt out of emails)

Friends: View your friends and ask other users to be your friend. Check the status of friend request or approve new friends.  NOTE!  Invite Friends is not available currently.  Any new users MUST still sign up in the store.  Anyone can now post reviews, but the ONLY way to join the Community section is to sign-up at the store.

Applications: Add functionality to your profile page.  Eventlist (sign-ups and notification about Challengers events, provided you RSVP on the event listing), Feeds (add an RSS feed of your choice to your profile page), Friend's Location (IN TESTING, don't add yet), Groups (notifications from your groups), Latest Photo (your uploaded photos), My Twitter Updates (not sure, I don't have Twitter, give it a try and let me know), Reviews of me (let people "review" you), My Favorites (pick items from the Library as favorites), My Listings (only useful for, like, Dal and Patrick), My Reviews (all of your reviews), Wall (add a Wall to your page to chatter with folks).

Inbox: Send and receive messages to friends.
